Cheeseburger Sliders with Original Mustard Sauce

- 2 lb lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7)
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 – 2 jalapeno’s diced
- 1/4 cup Charlie’s Original Mustard Sauce
- 8 slices medium cheddar cheese
- 6 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 24 dinner rolls (Kings Hawaiian Sweet rolls)
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs Sesame Seeds

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Butter the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet (large enough to hold all the rolls in one row)
- Place a large skillet over medium/high heat with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Add diced onions, garlic and jalapeno.
- Add ground beef and break up with spatula
- Saute over medium/high heat breaking up the beef and cook until cooked through, then remove from heat adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Tilt skillet to spoon off excess fat.
- Stir in Charlie’s Original Mustard Sauce
- Cut in Buns in half. Place bottom half of rolls on the buttered baking sheet and then cover the bread with cheddar cheese slices.
- Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the dinner rolls. Use the back of a spatula to square off the edges. Cover with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top of buns, cut side down over the burgers. Brush the top with melted butter and immediately sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown
